Description
Stinger — an extra hook at the tail of the soft lure.
A predator often attacks the lure from behind and grabs only the tail, leaving the main hook empty; a stinger turns such a take into a landed fish. It is especially useful in cold water and with passive fish, when the takes are short and half-hearted. It is mounted on a ready-made wire trace or split ring so that it does not change the action of the lure. The exact size and composition are given in the technical data.
