Terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms of purchase and sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter – “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter – “We”) when You purchase goods in the online store Luckytackle.eu (hereinafter – the “e-store”).

2. The moment the purchase and sale contract is concluded

2.1 The contract between You and Us is considered concluded and comes into force from the moment when, in the e-store, having formed a shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, chosen a payment method and familiarised Yourself with our terms, You press the “Order” button; it is valid until the order is paid for and the goods are fully delivered.
2.3 Every contract concluded between Us and You is stored in the e-store.
2.4 An order sent or printed by e-mail is a purchase and sale contract with the e-store, on the basis of which payment is made.

3. Your rights:

3.1 You have the right to buy goods in the e-store in the manner established by these Terms and by the e-store.
3.2 You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract with the e-store, except where the contract has been concluded for:
3.2.1 participation in games or lotteries;
3.2.2 other cases where the purchase and sale contract may not be withdrawn from under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. You undertake:

4.1 To pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days from placing the order and to accept them, unless agreed otherwise.
4.2 If the data You provided at the time of purchase changes, You must immediately notify us by e-mail at info@luckytackle.eu
4.3 If, at the time of delivery, You refuse to accept the goods without important reasons, You must cover the cost of returning the goods.
4.4 By using the e-store, You agree to these purchase and sale terms and must comply with them.

5. Our rights:

5.1 If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stable functioning of the e-store, we may, without prior warning, restrict or suspend their ability to use the e-store.
5.2 In the event of important circumstances, we may temporarily or entirely discontinue the operation of the e-store without notifying You in advance.
5.3 We may unilaterally change the conditions of these Terms.

6. We undertake:

6.1 To create all conditions for You to properly use the services provided by the e-store.
6.2 To deliver the goods You have ordered to the address You have specified and within the agreed delivery period.
6.3 In the event of important circumstances, if we are unable to deliver the goods You ordered, we undertake to offer You an equivalent product, and if You refuse to accept the equivalent, to return the money You paid within 14 (fourteen) working days.

7. Delivery of goods:

7.1 The goods are delivered by Us or by Our authorised representative.
7.2 At the time of delivery You must check the condition of the consignment together with Us or Our authorised representative.
7.3 Once You have signed the invoice or the consignment delivery document, the consignment is deemed to have been handed over.
7.4 If You notice damage to the consignment, You have the right not to accept it; in that case the consignment will be returned to us.

8. Return of goods:

8.1 Goods are returned in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods”, and with the rules on “Sale of goods and provision of services under distance contracts” approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. If the goods are damaged during delivery or are defective, we refund the full amount to the account from which you paid for the goods, or replace the damaged goods with new ones.

8.3. To return goods, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving them at info@luckytackle.eu, stating the order number, the buyer’s name and surname, phone number and the reason for the return.

8.4. Within 5 working days of the notification, send the goods to the MB Baltijos urmas address that we will provide by e-mail. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
