Returning goods

Goods are returned in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods”, and with the rules on “Sale of goods and provision of services under distance contracts” approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.

If the goods are damaged during delivery or are defective, we refund the full amount to the account from which you paid, or replace the damaged goods with new ones.

To return goods, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving them at orders@luckytackle.eu, stating the order number, the buyer’s name and surname, phone number and the reason for the return.

Within 5 working days of the notification, send the goods to the MB Baltijos urmas address that we will provide by e-mail. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
